Jeff Westphal, Agent,
Owner and Founder
Jeff Westphal is the owner and founder of the Westphal Insurance Agency. The agency was founded in June 2011. Shortly after open the doors the agency began to grow and expanded to cover multiple states and represent multiple companies.
Jeff was born and raised in Everett, WA and graduated from Snohomish High School in 1995. He obtained an Associate’s degree in Psychology from Everett Community College in 2004, a Bachelor’s degree in Human Behavior and Master’s degree in Psychology from Ryokan College graduating in 2007. Jeff currently resides in Edmonds, WA with his wife Kim and daughter Violet. Jeff enjoys the outdoors, skiing, classic and custom cars, gardening, and thinks he has a good sense of humor.
Julie Stahler, Agent
I was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. After spending a few years out of state I returned to the Puget Sound area. In 2016, I became an Insurance Agent with the Westphal Agency. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, baking and working with stained glass.

I began my career as a licensed insurance agent in 2009, and joined the Westphal Agency in 2017. Helping clients understand how insurance works to protect their hard-earned assets is my passion. Growing up in the Pacific Northwest, I learned to love the outdoors at an early age. I like to spend my spare time hiking in the mountains and boating.
Laressa Bernhardsen, Agent
I was born and raised in the great Pacific Northwest. For the past 15 years as a licensed agent, I’ve enjoyed helping my clients to protect the things that matter most as well as getting to work with a wonderful team of professionals. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, genealogical research and also a bit of photography.
